Matya stores your email, chosen name, activity preferences, shared availability, circle memberships, votes, plans, messages, preparation lists, meeting notes and the photos or voice recordings you choose to share. We use these only to run the planning service. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
Members of your circle can see the availability and profile you share, and participants can see plan conversations and attachments. We share free windows, not the titles of private calendar events. Invites should only be shared with people you trust.
Camera, microphone and photo-library access are requested only when you choose their sharing features. Limited photo access is supported. Nothing is recorded or uploaded automatically. Voice drafts stay on your device until you send them. Optional plan reminders use local notifications and require your permission.
Cloudflare hosts the API, private file storage and authentication email delivery. Supabase stores account and planning data. Providers may process data internationally.
Use Profile → Delete account to remove your Matya profile and contributions. Owned circles and their associated content are removed. Other members’ independent content is retained. Local caches clear on sign out. You may export plans to your own calendar, where you control their retention.
